A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies at Quaid-i-Azam University and the National Institute of Maritime Affairs (NIMA), Bahria University. This landmark agreement establishes a strategic partnership aimed at fostering collaborative research, academic exchange, capacity building, and joint initiatives in the fields of defence, strategic studies, and maritime affairs.

The MoU outlines key areas of cooperation including the exchange of expertise and data, harmonization of research methodologies, organization of joint conferences and seminars, and development of human capital through training and researcher exchange programs. This collaboration will enhance institutional synergies and contribute significantly to evidence-based policy formulation and national strategic objectives.
