Department of Defence and Strategic Studies, QAU organized an interdepartmental debate competition on 2nd May, 2019. Students from various departments participated in the competition.
The chief guest of the two hour debate competition was Dr. Syed Waqar Ali Shah who is the Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences.The adjudicators for the competition were Dr A
fshah Malik(Journalist/Author), and Assistant Professor Dr Salma Malik( DSS Department) and Lecturer Ms. Sadia Tasleem (DSS Department). President of the event was Ms. Mubeen Ashraf (Senior Advisor M.Phil) under the kind supervision of Dr Shabana Fayyaz (Incharge Student Affairs).

By the end of the event our team of Judges evaluated and announced the Winners and Runner Ups for both English and Urdu categories and were presented with shields and certificates by our chief guest and judges.
