Ms Mubeen Ashraf , M.Phil. fellow (4th semester) at Defence and Strategic Studies, QAU participated and stood First in a Declamation Contest jointly organised by Kashmir Committee and Institute of Regional Studies on Kashmir Issue. The topic of the speech was “Dear World, Why Can’t you hear the noise of Indian Occupied Kashmir”. The shield was jointly presented to her by chief guest Mr. Shahryar Khan Afridi who is the Chairman Kashmir Committee and President IRS, Ambassador Nadeem Riyaz.
